Job Description:

Build content for technical or non-technical publications.

Brainstorm for digital campaigns and content as part of the business team

Brainstorm service or product-centered sales strategy with the team

Implement relevant components of the sales strategy as directed

Assist in campaign design & implementation

Assist in manual or automated audience crafting or lead generation tasks

Assist in lead management, when required

Hard Skills:

Work with the team to create social media content strategy.

Regularly create insightful, interesting content based on the strategy.

Regularly post and schedule content on social media.

Engage on social media with the audience and pass on any relevant queries to the designated teams

Create and post impromptu and ad-hoc social media content when needed
