In this role, you will lead our efforts in client acquisition for Mobile Apps and Web Development, primarily Custom Software Development. About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Aurora Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by acquiring new clients for our custom software development services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients needing mobile app development, web development, or any software development services in general.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals and objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on mobile apps, E-commerce, and web development services.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • In-depth knowledge of the software development industry and emerging trends.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
