Sales Development Representative

Experience

At least 2+ years of previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Proactively contact via outbound calling and digital outreach targeting prospects in support of sales and marketing campaign initiatives.

  • Help increase the quality of opportunities in the pipeline and create a critical mass of shortlisted opportunities.

  • Secure key customer information to identify validated “sales ready” leads and prospective clients to nurture for future opportunities.

  • Qualify prospects and set appointments.

  • Develop a social presence through your rep page (e.g. LinkedIn) and social media to drive interest and leads.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to execute targeted new business campaigns.

  • Expertly research companies and contacts via the internet and other sales resources.

  • Nurture customer relationships as needed for the more complex sale or solution sales

  • Monitoring developments in the business community and using this information to be more effective in discussions with prospects and customers
