Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to the hiring process.

Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Determining selection criteria.

Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)

Take an active part in managing the hiring process.

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

Lead employer branding initiatives

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Required Skills:

Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role

Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and Github)

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Independent thinking with results focus – able to quickly sort through information, form an opinion, and develop solutions

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels

BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field


Base Salary: up to 125,000 PKR per month (based on experience & skillset)

A bonus of up to 100K on successful hiring
