Job Description:
We are looking for a smart individual to fill an interesting yet challenging post in our organization. The project manager will work closely with the leadership on multiple projects simultaneously. This includes but is not limited to learning complex billing software and helping the business development & sales teams close down customers for this specific product. You will also be responsible for coordinating the work on these customer implementations while working closely with the development teams. This role will be extended in the near future to add new projects & implementations across the company. If you are someone who likes to manage complex software projects, this might be the right job for you.
Requirements:
Experience of working in the software industry is a MUST
A quick learner with the ability to understand a complex product and then be able to have meaningful conversations with customers around that product.
Ability to analyze information from the customer in detail and extract meaningful requirements for the development teams.
The ability to understand stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical & documentation skills.
Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
Good at creating detailed reports, presentations & documentation.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact with international customers.
Brownie points for knowledge of telecommunications industry standards, processes & technologies.
