To express our gratitude, we are excited to introduce the Customer Referral Program (CRP)—a collaborative initiative that not only rewards you for your support but also helps us grow stronger through the words of those who know us best.
When you refer new clients to Aurora Solutions, you aren't just contributing to our business—you’re reinforcing the community of satisfied customers who trust us to deliver quality and innovation.​​

The CRP is designed to foster collaborative growth by rewarding participants who contribute to Aurora Solutions’ client expansion. The program incentivizes referrals that lead to successful client onboarding and project initiation.

Who Can Participate:

Tier 1: Current clients of Aurora Solutions receive up to 10% referral rewards.

Tier 2: Former clients of Aurora Solutions receive up to 10% referral rewards.

What Qualifies as a Referral:

Any new client or project not previously engaged with Aurora Solutions that results in a successful contract.

Referral Submission:

Referrals must be submitted through our online referral form or by contacting our Growth Team at sales@aurorasolutions.io.

Submissions should include the potential client’s contact details, and relevant background information.

Referrals are reviewed by our Growth Team based on:

Strategic Fit: Alignment with our services and market focus.

Financial Viability: Revenue and profitability potential.

Operational Capacity: Resource availability and scalability.

Client Synergy: Long-term partnership potential.

Risk Analysis: Market, operational, and reputational risks.​​​

3. Client Engagement & Onboarding:

Our team engages with the referred client to discuss project scope and terms.

Facilitated introductions may be requested if necessary.

Upon contract finalization, the referral is marked successful.​

Compensation
The total compensation for a successful referral is calculated based on the Total Contract Value (TCV) of the referred project, capped at a one-year duration. For longer-term projects, payouts will reflect the value generated within the first 12 months, with additional rewards possible for contract renewals or extensions.​​​​
​Reward Amount:

Tier 1 (Active Clients):

Option 1: Discount worth 10% of the TCV on their next invoice or future services.

Option 2: Cash payout of 7% of the TCV if no active contract exists at the time of payout.

Tier 2 (Inactive Clients):

Option 1: Cash payout of 7% of the TCV.

Option 2: Discount worth 10% of the TCV on future services.​​​

​Staggered or Partial Payments:
-
For projects with staggered billing, referral rewards will be proportional to payments received from the referred client. Payments will be processed quarterly to reflect actual billing.

Multiple Referrals:

If the same client is referred by multiple participants, the reward will go to the first referrer.​​
​​Extended or Renewed Contracts:
-
For projects extending beyond one year, referral rewards will apply to contract renewals or extensions based on additional TCV, calculated for up to 24 months from the initial contract date.

Renewal rewards will be capped at 50% of the original referral reward and disbursed upon successful payment from the referred client.​​​
​​Terms & Conditions​
New Business Only:

Referrals must involve new clients or projects with no prior engagement with Aurora Solutions.
Confidentiality:

All referral discussions are confidential. Sensitive information must not be disclosed without consent.
Fraud Prevention:

Misrepresented or fraudulent referrals result in disqualification from the program.
Program Modifications:
-
Aurora Solutions may modify or suspend the CRP at any time. Changes will be communicated promptly to all participants. However, any deals closed prior to the modification date will remain under the terms and conditions in place at the time of referral acceptance. This ensures that referrers are not disadvantaged by future changes to the program.
